If you're not already familiar with Eagle Creek Exotics and our ABS plastic Nestboxes, please take a moment to review the main reasons Breeders choose ABS Plastic for their nestboxes.
!. Safety--birds can chew through wood boxes and precious eggs or babies can be lost when the bottom falls out of the box.
2. Steralization--ABS is the best to clean and sanitize between clutches. This is not possible with wood.
3. Durability--ABS boxes will last for years. No more replacing chewed or destroyed wood boxes on smaller birds. For larger birds ABS is much lighter than wood, and will last a lot longer.
4. Design--we offer many different designs to fit your birds needs as well as different sizes. We can also build custom boxes with your design.

these style of boxes are commonly used for finches parakeets,lovebirds, and parrotlets. They can be made with a hinged top or a hinged inspection door on the back or side. This style of nestbox has been used for decades for small birds. Almost all original wood boxes were similar with a hinged top. Look in the small bird boxes price section for the dimensions and prices. .

This style of box is used for cockatiels and with an offset entrance hole can easily be used for small conures

the Horizontal conure box is also great for any of the smaller species of birds that are more
flighty. With the off set entry, there is less chance of scambled eggs, or trambled babies.
This box can be used for small conures, caiques, senegals and etc
for those birds who do not like the deep box, this answers their needs.

the boot box style is used for many different species.
medium to large conures and caiques and more
great for birds that like the extra security and tunnel style.
I personally use boot boxes for many of my birds including
caiques, psittaculas. greys, amazons, and even one pair of large macaws.
With a few changes in design this can also be made into a custom "L" style box
if that is your birds preference.

The grandfather style nest boxes can be used for everything from small conures up to many of the larger species, depending on the size of the box. Many birds like the privacy of the grandfather style.
Many breeders feel this is the closest imitation to a tree nest in the wild. The grandfather box comes in many different sizes and we can build this style of box for almost any size you need.
A custom feature can be done to to change the sizes to a horizontal box.

The small macaw style box can be used for many different types of birds that are uneasy with the deeper style box. Since this is a horizontal box, they can easily look out into their cage and feel secure.
This style box is commonly used for mini-macaws

The horizontal macaw size box is commonly used for large macaws. It has metal surrounding the entry hole both inside and out. It also has 3 inspection holes for instant access or cleaning.
This box design is also used for large Cockatoos with two entrances.
Both entrances would be lined with metal as with the large macaw box.

The U box is designed for Cockatoos to help with the common problem of mate aggression. The double entry is divided in the upper 2/3 section of the box, eliminating one of the birds to be trapped by the other.
The lage U box has a metal lined entry both inside and out.
